Free software, a wide range of software solutions in which the user (’Freedom’) for unlimited installation, start-up and free to use, study, dissemination and change (improve) [1] programs legally protected by copyright with free licenses. Typically, the ACT is available without charge, but may have a price, for example, in the form of charging for CDs or other media. To distribute software was free, recipients must be available to the source code from which you can get the executable files with the appropriate licenses. The movement originated in the ACT in 1983, when Richard Stallman formed the idea of the necessity to freedom of software users. In 1985, Stallman founded the Free Software Foundation, to provide an organizational structure to promote their ideas. The business model of open source software is usually based on the principle of empowerment, such as use of new facilities, training, integration, configuration, or certification. At the same time, some business models which work with proprietary software are not compatible with free software, especially those that make users pay for a license to legally use the software.
